What is the policy on returns?

We will accept return of goods within 28 days from date of delivery.  All items for return must be in their original packaging. Outside 28 days you will need to complete a warranty claim form.

Will I have to pay for returns?

We will cover the cost of faulty goods or goods sent in error.

How do I arrange the return of a faulty good or goods sent in error?

You will need to contact our Customer Service Team at to arrange a collection

Please include in your email:

  • Your full name and contact number
  • The date you would like the item to be collected
  • Your collection address
  • The reason why you are returning the item and if you require a refund or an exchange.

Please note we can only collect Monday - Friday between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00
