Where do we deliver?
UK mainland domestic or business addresses only. We do not deliver to the Channel Isles, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland or Eire or Internationally.
How quickly will I receive my product?
We will aim to deliver your product within 3 working days.
Is delivery free?
We do not charge for delivery for orders over £20.
What if I am not home for the delivery?
We will leave a card at the delivery address which will give you all the information on how to rearrange your delivery or collect your product.
Can I track my delivery?
Unfortunately this facility is not currently available. We are looking to do this shortly.
- Returns & Replacements
What is the policy on returns?
We will accept return of goods within 28 days from date of delivery. All items for return must be in their original packaging. Outside 28 days you will need to complete a warranty claim form.
Will I have to pay for returns?
We will cover the cost of faulty goods or goods sent in error.
How do I arrange the return of a faulty good or goods sent in error?
You will need to contact our customer services team at email@example.com to arrange collection.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card or debit card. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro UK, American Express, Visa Electron and Paypal.

If we are unable to resolve a complaint that you make to us within eight weeks you can take your complaint to The Retail Ombudsman. This is an independent organisation, which specialises in providing Alternative Dispute Resolution services for consumers and retailers.
