SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please note that due to the adverse weather conditions, our deliveries may be delayed, and Next Day and Express service may not be fulfilled for orders placed between Tuesday 27th of February - Friday 9th of March.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to any address within the UK. We do not deliver to any address outside of the UK.
How quickly will I receive my product?
Next Day Delivery: You'll receive your product the next day if your order is placed before 12pm. For orders places after 12pm on Friday, the next working day will be considered Tuesday.
Express Delivery: You'll receive your product within 2 working days if your order is placed before 3pm. For orders placed after 3 pm on Friday, delivery will be Wednesday.
Standard Delivery: You'll receive your product within 3-5 working days.
What are the delivery fees?
Next Day Delivery costs £6.95 and ensures you get your item on the next working day provided you have placed your order before 12pm.
Express Delivery costs £3.95 and ensures you get your item within 2 working days, provided you have placed your order before 3pm.
Standard Delivery costs £2.99 for orders under £20.00 and is FREE for orders over £20.00; with this option you will receive your order in 3-5 working days.
What if I am not home for the delivery?
We will leave a card at the delivery address which will give you all the information on how to rearrange your delivery or collect your product.
Can I track my delivery?
Unfortunately this facility is not currently available. We are looking to do this shortly.
Terms and Conditions of Delivery?
We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the products ordered within the timescales indicated on the individual order confirmation to the User. Such timescales are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon.
Erroneously communicated addresses are the responsibility of the User and may lead to extra charges that will be recovered from the User. All goods will be dispatched from Antler. If your product is not delivered within the specified timescale, please contact us with your client number or order number. You may then treat the sale contract as at an end and request a full refund for the relevant products as your only remedy. You may also specify a new delivery period that is appropriate in the circumstances and require Antler to deliver the products before the end of that period; and then, if Antler does not deliver in that extended period you may treat the sale contract as at an end and request a full refund for the relevant products. We only ship via a professional courier. We always require someone to sign off for delivery. You accept that a delivery is signed off for by a person other than the User, provided that such person is present at the indicated address and an adult of 18 years or over. If there is no one present at the time of delivery, a card will be left with details for you to rearrange your delivery.
