What does the Revelation warranty cover?

The warranty covers replacement caused by defective workmanship and materials. It does not include damage through mishandling by airlines and other travel operators, or cover damage due to general use.

We will replace your product if the product is bought in the UK. If you have purchased your Revelation product outside the UK your product may either be repaired or replaced depending on the discretion of the Revelation distributor in the country you purchased the item from.

 

How long is the Revelation warranty valid for?

10 year warranty for Suitcases: all large, medium and cabin Revelation suitcases – both soft and hardside.

2 year warranty for Casual items: our Nooree, Rory, Connor, Bailey, Monteverde and Monza DLX ranges. 
Length of warranty is clearly indicated by each product on the site.

 

What do I need to complete the warranty form?

You will need a copy of your receipt, and a photo of your item. It is also helpful to include your 7 digit number or a 10 digit product code. To find this product code look at the back of the swing ticket attached to your purchase. The Product code can be found to the left of the barcode. An example of a product code is “3789172034”.
